Booking and Cancellation Policy

At D’Camino Travel, we work with hotels, transportation companies, and professional guides to provide a well-organized, high-quality experience. For this reason, cancellations may be subject to charges depending on the date they are made.

Individual bookings and small groups (1–14 persons)

Cancellation requests must be made in writing (by email or official form).

The following cancellation fees will apply:

• 21 days or more before the start of the tour: no cancellation fee.

• 20 to 8 days before the start of the tour: 20% of the total price.

• 7 to 2 days before the start of the tour: 30% of the total price.

• 1 day before the start of the tour: 40% of the total price.

• Same day cancellation or no-show: 100% of the total price.

Children policy

Children who require the same services as an adult, including transportation, accommodation, seats, or tour arrangements, will be considered and charged as adults.

Cancellation by the company

If D’Camino Travel must cancel the tour due to force majeure, such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or other situations beyond our control, the corresponding amount for unused services will be refunded.

Voluntary abandonment of the tour

If a traveler decides to leave the tour once it has started, no refunds will be issued for unused services.

Refunds

When applicable, refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the reservation, within a reasonable time after the cancellation.

Large groups (15 persons or more)

A large group is considered from 15 persons onward.

These groups will be subject to special payment and cancellation conditions, which will be clearly indicated in the quotation before the reservation is confirmed.
